Carrozzeria Bertone was founded a in 1912 by Giovanni Bertone, with designer Nuccio Bertone taking charge after World War II. The company was divided into the Carrozzeria, and the styling studio, Stile Bertone. In November 2007 Bertone applied for Concordato Preventivo. In 2008-2009 the company was for sale. The website, as of January 1, 2010 is showing the company as Stile Bertone.
