The 1983 Theodore Indy Car was designed by Morris Nun.
Chassis MN021 was the third car raced in the USA in 1984 by Theodore and was driven by Bruno Giacomelli as the American Airlines/Nordica #44 car.
In 2012 MN021 was in the Lake District in England for sale.
Giacomelli only did a couple of races in MN021, it may have done more races with other drivers, I would have to research it properly.

From my limited knowledge, only four Theodore Indy cars were built,
T83-MN19 for Bignotti/Tom Sneva
T83-MN20 for Crawford
T83-MN21 for Bruno Giacomelli
T84-MN22 for Chico Serra.
