The big time races are with out a doubt a great thing to attend. High speed driving and large crowds. A lot of excitement, Long lines. Minimal access to your favorite driver. A lot of crowd control. Assigned seating. Limited access to many things. Big money tickets. But that is what we are all left with today if we want to go the races. Right? Well maybe not!

Historic and Vintage racing is a very big secret, or at least not many really know about it.

What is historic and Vintage racing? Real racecars racing on real racetracks just like they did when the racecars were new. Very similar rules, sometimes the same drivers. The event is also a history lesson with out the written test at the end of the day.

The cars on the track are the same ones, which raced, starting back in the early 1900's and represent each year right up to; sometimes just a few years ago. The event is an automotive museum with the cars displayed at 80 MPH or more.

Big time races, or Historic/Vintage races?

Historic/Vintage races, a lot of excitement, smaller or no lines. Less crowd control problems, greater access to drivers, walk right up and talk to them. Have a good look at the cars. Wander around the paddock. Wander around the track, or stands. Go "Back To The Good Days". Come to the Historic and Vintage racing.
