This car displayed is representing the #46 Le Mans car. The displayed car is not the #46 Le Mans car as period photos show the "actual" Le Mans car had a split wind screen.

The orginal #46 Le Mans car was discovered in Californa racing as a spider to which it was modified to in 1952 by California racer/dealer Von Neumann. The Von Neumann modified spyder has since returned to the orginal Le Mans coupe
