Goodwood Festival of Speed Central Feature

The soaring 26 meters high sculpture weighing 160 tons and measuring 90 meters in length. The cars form an integral part of the sculpture, a replica of the 1934
p Mercedes-Benz W 25 Silver Arrow of the kind raced by Manfred von Brauchitsch to victory at the Nurburgring Nordschleife and a current Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 W04, the same chassis raced by Lewis Hamilton in 15 Grand Prix in 2013.

Lec debuted its self-produced, Ford Cosworth-engined CRP1 in 1977, having used fridge door-shaping machinery to manufacture the bodywork panels of the car during quiet nights.
