The CityEl is a 3-wheel lightweight electric car currently made in Germany by Citycom GmbH. in Germany produces the CityEl a 3-wheel lightweight electric car.

The CityEl was originally developed as the Mini-El by Danish company El Trans A/S in Randers in1987. El Trans A/S ended production in 1988, Eltrans1 A/S in ended 1991 and Eltrans89 A/S in 1995.

Following Citycom Denmark A/S andSmiles AG, in 2012 CityEl restarted with CityCom GmbH.

Capicity: 1. Top-half of the vehicle hinges upwards allowing access.

The CityEl is classed as an electric motorcycle in some countries.

Three body styles have been produced. The 'Basic' version with solid roof. A Convertible, as a fully open version (no-longer made by CityCom). A 'Targa' version with a removable center soft top but solid rear windows.
