The annual 24h Race at Spa Francorchamps, Belgium was held again between July 28th and 29th 2012.
Race again is part of the Blancpain Endurance Series which includes 6 Races in 2012.
Spa Francorchamps was the 4th Race this year and is the only 24h Race in the Series.
66 GT Racecars did attend to the Race.
Cars like Audi R8 LMS, BMW Z4, Ferrari F458 Italia, Lamborghini Gallardo, McLaren MP-4 12C, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, Porsche 911 GT3 RSR
were Highlights of the Race this year.
Plenty of action from the first until the 24th Hour of Racing. Spectators must have been satisfied.
Audi did win the Race with the Audi R8 LMS for the second consecutive year.
Audi Sport Team Phoenix from Germany with their Drivers Andrea Piccini (ITA), René Rast (GER) and Frank Stippler (GER)
won the Race in front of Audi Sport Team WRT with Christopher Haase (GER), Christopher Mies (GER) and Stéphane Ortelli (MCO).
Next Race will be at the Nurburgring, Germany September 23rd 2012
Battle in the Rain ...
Weather was changing within the 24h Race. Some long periods of Rain and storm gave us a spectacular Race in 2012
In front, the Ferrari 458 Italia of Team Kessel Racing (CH) in challenge with the Porsche 997 GT3 CUP of Team SpeedLover (FRA).
Difficult conditions for all
After a Rain shower, or just in between ... A view to the Pit Lane, Paddock, Grand Stand of Circuit Spa Francorchamps, Belgium.
Team VDS Racing Adventures (BEL) Ford Mustang, a Rarity.
Vita4one Team Italy (ITA) Ferrari 458 Italia, followed by the only Nissan Skyline GT-R in the field.
Audi R8 Battle entering the longest straight at the track.
Eau Rouge, one of the most well known places in Racing. A left followed by the uphill part to Raidillon ... full speed!

Haribo Racing Team (GER) Porsche 997 GT3 R ... fastest Bear at the track.
14 Ferrari 458 Italia and 9 McLaren MP 4-12C did attend to the Race.

Before the impact ... Audi R8 LMS Ultra of Belgian Audi Club Team WRT did have had oversteering at full speed.
Full Course yellow!
The only Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 of Team GT Academy RJN (GBR) attend to the Race this year. Unfortunately did not finish.
